Environment & Energy Publishing has created a handy interactive map, the Power Plan Hub, that details the final emission rates for each state under the Environmental Protection Agency's Clean Power Plan to reduce carbon dioxide and other greenhouse-gas emissions. Clicking on each state reveals information such as that state's plan, fact sheets on legal challenges, grid reliability concerns, responses from state officials and links to relevant stories.
