"Something like this won’t draw any new visitors for you, but it could be a neat way to inject some life into what your visitors see when they do come downtown," reports the Pagosa Daily Post, of Pagosa Springs, Colo., which serves the Four Corners area where Utah, Arizona, New Mexico and Colorado meet; Woods County is one county away from the Oklahoma Panhandle, which borders southeastern Colorado.
