Yahoo Travel picks top 10 small town 4th of July celebrations

Bristol, R.I., is the best small town in America to celebrate the 4th of July, reports Sophie Forbes for Yahoo Travel, which has assembled a list of the top 10 small town 4th of July celebrations.
